I think the school houses have change because there use to two at a time there are three and at one occlusive there were four. The buildings at Newent School have been changed and added for example the school pose originally was were the youth club is today. The old site was build in 1925 also at this the school was called Newent grammar.

Two years later the present site was go under to move in. so in 1965 all the pupils an d staff travel in to the present building. A! lmost to decade later Newent had obstinate to built it own leisure heart with a liquified pool, gym and a sports hall. This was all heart-to-heart in 1980 and a couple of years later it was open up to the public. In 2003 the school became an art collage so the school cute to expand the art department in surface and equipment so they built three new class rooms and updated all the equipment.
